I'm sooo excited for the next few days! My darling mother and myself will be flying to beautiful Kelowna to spend some time with my little sister.

I figured it's a great time to test out my new App, I will try to take a photo journal of my week to keep you all updated. Etsy Exclusives will be postponed while I'm gone, but I'd love to know what you think of the new feature. Do you like the layout? Do you want more pictures of their products? Let me know!
I best get back to laundry and packing, see you again in a couple days!

A New Beginning- Etsy Exclusive- Episode 1- BettieB

So I know I have been a horrible Blogger friend as of late, but I'm not here to apologize! I want this blog to be a fun place that I can come and show you my newest Etsy Friends and Finds, as well as the odd makeup post, and a few shop updates. If you have noticed my Etsy shop is now down, but only for a revamp, I need to work on my new pictures, and add all my newest earrings and hair pieces. I will surely have a post about that in the upcoming future, but for now I want to start something new!!

I know its not new to the blogging world, but its new to me and my blog, so I hope you will love the upcoming episodes of ETSY EXCLUSIVES! M.I.A............crazy couple of weeks

Hello again my sweet, sweet followers!

Sorry for my recent absence, but I have had a pretty crazy time since returning from my trip.....

The biggest thing that's shook up my life is the loss of my job :( I had no idea it would happen so it came as quite a shock 2 weeks after spending my savings on a trip and a new tattoo. It was of no fault of my own, the store just sold, and the new owners wanted to work so they had no need for the manager....me, so I was let go. Other than that my life has been running so smoothly, we just returned from a Cheech and Chong comedy tour. I wanted to do something special for my Pop's and I knew he would love the show as we had seen the previous tour a year ago on valentines day. It was wonderful but by far the best part of that show was a private after the performance meet and greet!

What else have I been spending all my newly acquired free time on you ask?

The Dude Castle

My cat Dude has a huge obsession with cardboard. He scratches it he hides in it and most the time he's trying to destroy it. The majority of my friends don't even consider him a cat, they all refer to Dude as PuppyCat haha! He loves chewing on everything, so I decided to create a castle for him that he can destroy. Instead of spending hundreds on those carpet covered cat condos, I have created something even better, and completely destroyable!

I added a PINK paw print in each picture to show off Dude in his natural habitat haha!

If you have some free time, some bendy wire, a hot glue gun, some spare cardboard boxes, and a steak knife to cut holes I highly suggest making your feline friend a Cardboard Castle.

Mexico Pictures!

Well I will say this first, I'm not a huge picture taker on trips, I guess I just like to take it all in with my eyes and live the experience. I always forget to reach for my camera because I'm usually to interested in whats happening around me. Although I do tend to surprise myself when I'm going through the pictures at home, I got some great shots!

First couple are of 5th Ave. its basically the downtown and shopping area of Playa Del Carmen, we actually spent the most time here, it was a $15 cab ride from our resort, so we never really hung around by the pools or in our room. We would much rather rip into town and find some cute little restaurant where we could eat authentic Mexican food. I get pretty sick of the buffets at resorts, so we usually eat breakfast and plan our day and we jet.

We decided that this trip we wanted to see the island of Cozumel which is about a half a hour ferry ride from 5th ave. There were these guys dressed up in traditional looking costumes so of course we had to take a picture, but what I didn't expect was the light tap on the butt the guy on the left of me did, haha

Then he grabbed the camera and took one of both of us...

Crazy hair in the jeep!

We found a sweet little rasta bar on the other side of Cozumel, I think it was owned by Bob Marley at one point.

They had amazing food the best view and T-shirts signed and stapled to the walls.

It was heaven,

We got a nice suprise on the ferry ride home, a local band was playing live, it sure made the ride fly by. They offered thier C.D. at the end of the performance so of course we couldn't pass it up!

And the Tattoo process begins! We did a ton of research before we went down, so I would never suggest getting a tattoo on a whim walking around Mexico.... but if you find the right one its no different from getting it in your own country, they have a autoclave and they have all the different sized needles in brand new bags. Oh and the artists are amazingly talented, the tattoo's come out looking like paintings, and they are very affordable, mine in total coasted $600 but that's a great price for 8 hours of work.

This would be about hour 2 or 3 probably 1 break in...

Then about hour 5 or 6, joking around, It felt nice :) haha

Cappuccinos, my Ipod, and New Moon became my best friends, I can't stand the buzzing so that's where the Ipod comes in use, and I needed a distraction from the pain, so New Moon was a huge help. I ended up reading half the book at the start of the trip and then put it down because I knew we were getting tattoo's so I would be soooo ready to finish the last few chapters, it worked quite well. It was a very long day, we showed up at 10 am to finalize the pictures and by the time we left it was 1 am and the tequila bar was just pumping next door, I was tempted....but way too exhausted!

Hour 7 almost finished.... and hour 8 the final EYE!

This next one was after a 6 hour flight, not to mention the 6 hours of airport time.......finally home and a good sleep in our own bed!

Look how swollen my poor foot is, I don't think I even have a ankle, haha, it was almost double my other foot.....

The last picture is of a very happy Dude, he was a good boy when we were gone, and Darcel helped keep him company and spoiled him rotten for the entire ten days. I started to unpack all the souveniers and such and do you know what his favorite part was?........

I'm Back!!

Just wanted to say HEY! I'm back from beautiful Playa Del Carmen Mexico, with a bit of a tan and a brand new piece of art that I just can't wait to share! Our entire trip was based around the Canadian Olympic hockey games, tattoo's and V-day. It was perfect! Is anyone else completely obsessed with the Olympics? I have never been this pumped about the Olympics, but maybe because it was sooo close to home! I seriously cried when the men's hockey won gold, that officially makes us the best country in the world........most gold metals EVER!!!!!! Oh and I can't get over Sydney Crosby! *swoon* :)

One great thing was that he did it in 2 parts, where the outline is finished here he stopped and colored it in, then we took a break and he started on the upper half, so it was almost like 2 separate tattoos!

I can't wait until its healed and I can get a proper picture! Its currently day 7 and it has started the itchy peeling stage. Hopefully a couple more and it will be finished.

I used a Gold Dust on the inner eyes

Added Aztec a bronzed orange to the outer eye and blended it all together

Took Vexed a MAC vanilla dupe and highlighted under my eyebrows and inner corner.

And a Funny one to finish the pictures off!

I used these new L.A.girl "Disco Brights" Blacklight responsive nail polish's I picked them up for $2.99 (CAN) from our local drug store. I can't wait to get down to mexico and see if these actually glow in the clubs!

and Strobe Light- the Blacklight top coat

Spring eyes, Pink, White, Yellow and Purple

This look was from a while back, I believe I wore it to a Oilers Hockey game....but we won't talk about them because they are officially last place in the league!

I used a bright pink for the crease, added white to highlight and on the lid. brought some bright yellow to the inner corners of my eyes and added some purple to my lower lashline to match my purple outfit!

Wacky Nails of The Day!

So Me and Darcel went to the Mart of Wal last night and found a few super cute new nail colors to try out, so here's my very first Nail of the day!

I used 2 coats of this lime green from Sally Hansen-Insta Dry

Have you used it before?

The brush was a little odd really long and flat, but it worked quite well.

Then we found some L.A. Colors- Art Deco in Silver Glitter and Hot Pink.

They have the long skinny brush, perfect for decorating!

I started with the pink on the outside of the nail in short small strokes bringing them inside to create a Tigerish effect on both sides of the nails.

Then I did the exact same thing with the silver glitter polish starting on the outer and swiping them in. Right between the Pink stripes.

What do you think?

Should I add more of my polish pics?

Ps. I really dislike my wrinkly old lady hands! My Bf make fun of them all the time haha, like come on I'm only 24!

Its Time For Some Fun In The Sun!

The main point of this post is that my wonderful man has suprised me with a Valentines Day to remember. He booked a last minute 10 day trip to beautiful Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. We leave the night of the 12th so after my posts of today, I will probably not be back............until were back (haha) around the 25th.

I also wanted to start posting each look individually, usually I only have time for one blog a week, so I usually group it all together, but like the majority of my favorite blogs, each post is different, and each look has its own post. So that is what I shall be starting, so don't be alarmed when 1 day I have 4 posts and then you don't hear from me in a week.

BlushBaby - Handmade Feather Accessories

Latest makeup looks!

I just uploaded all the pictures off my camera, and since I havn't posted a makeup related blog in a while, this seems to be the perfect time!

Sorry if I don't remember the exact colors I used, some of them were a while ago....

First one is a Sparkler!

click to enlarge and see all the perdy sparkles!

~I primed my lids, then applied iris illusion everywhere.

~Took Coralishious and lightly swept it over my high brow bone.

~Then re-applied the sticky primer where I wanted sparkles and lightly dabbed the Holographic glitter on top.

~Loreal liquid liner and loreal volumous mascara

The next was a simple smokey eye

~Primed my lids and applied Black Out to outer V and blended into crease.

~Then added Pewter to entire lid and on top of Black Out to blend.

~Highlight with White Out and applied primer to bottom lid and patted Holographic glitter on top.

~Loreal Liquid liner and Lash Stiletto mascara

I'd like to say this is a Ninja Turtle re-creation

~ Primed lids and applied Peacock Lime.

~Highlighted with White out.

~Folied Peacock Purple as liner and added loreal volumous mascara.

Here's a 7-up look

~Primed lids and applied Peacock Lime to entire lid.

~Added Kiwi-Lime to outer V blending into the crease, and on lower lashline.

~ Highlight with White out and finish with Loreal liner and lash stiletto mascara.

Bluebells and Lilacs

~Prime lid and apply MAC Lilac pigment everywhere

~add some Iris Illusion to inner corner and under brow highlight.

~Then take Blue Raspberry, and Surreal and apply to outer V blend down into the crease and under lower lash line.

~Loreal liquid liner and lash stiletto mascara to finish it off.

Finally my look of today, a very tropical bird inspired.

~Primed lid and applied Surreal.

~Take Gold Dust and sweep on inner corner and blend upwards.

~Then I applied a free color I got with my Sigma makeup brushes. Indian something? Its a beautiful grey color that actually comes out very brown, I applied it to the outer V and up, blended it with surreal and gold dust and swept it under my lower lashline.

~Highlighted with MAC Retro Speck and lined with loreal liquid liner and lash stiletto mascara.

I dont know about you but when I take my makeup pictures, I usually end up with atleast one "dumb" pic for each, so today I thought I would share with you my goofs.......

All You Need Is A Scarf!

In women's fashion, there is one accessory that is often completely overlooked, yet can offer endless possibilities for enhancing the look of your wardrobe. That accessory, of course, is the scarf. Scarves can be worn in a variety of ways: as head coverings, shawls, accent pieces, belts, and even as garments. They are truly versatile and can add flair to a style, or be used as a subtle accent. They can be tied, pinned with a piece of jewelry, or secured with specially designed accents

So Today I wanted to share with you a few fun ways to re-use your favorite scarf. Yesterday I felt as if I hated all my clothes and I just wanted something new. I didn't have the time to go shopping before work and it was far to cold to think of walking around town. So just before I pulled one of those go-to clothes outta the closet a old scarf caught my eye, I fiddled with it for a few minutes and ended up folding it in half to make a large triangle and tied the longest ends together behind my back and Perfect! A new top! That got me thinking about how versatile one little scarf could be so I wanted to find out more ways I could re-use my scarves!

So after a few hours of google here's what I came up with:

1. The Halter Blouse

Tying the Scarf:

1.Take the square scarf and tie a small knot in the center of the scarf. If the scarf has an apparent front and back, make sure the knot is tied on the back side of the scarf. Next, fold the scarf diagonally so that the knot is on the inside of the fold.

2. Wrap the folded edge of the scarf around your waist, letting the unfolded points hang down. Tie the folded corners at your back. Raise the loose corners of the scarf up along the torso and pass one around each side of the neck. Knot these corners at the back of the neck. Adjust the positioning of the scarf so that the knot is unseen.

3.The resulting halter/blouse has a shirred look with gathering at the waist, which flatters slim figures, and helps to balance the proportions of pear-shaped figures.

2. The Scarf Belt

Tying the Scarf:

Pretty self explanatory, It helps it you have a long narrow scarf rather than a large square one, but they will work just fine. Scrunch up your scarf and either thread it through you pant belt loops or tie it nicely over your favorite skirt or dress.

3. The Triangle Top

4. The Scarf Purse

Tying the Scarf:

Use a 32 inch square scarf or 45 inch square tablecloth

1. Lay the scarf (shiny side) facedown. Pull one of the corners through one hand to create a tail about one-third the length of the side; tie a knot.

2. Repeat the same tail-knotting on the scarf's other three corners.

3. For handles, tie the upper two tails together in a square knot (right over left, left over right); repeat with the lower two tails.

Step 1

Lay the silk scarf out flat on a table and smooth it until no wrinkles remain. If the fabric is wrinkled and is safe to iron, run an iron set on low heat over the scarf. If the purse is made from a synthetic material it's best to skip the ironing, as the heat could melt the fabric.

Step 2

Grab the top right corner of the scarf. Lightly grip the material just below the corner with the thumb and forefinger of your other hand. Draw the cloth gently through your thumb and forefinger until they rest about 7 inches from the corner. Knot the material where your thumb and forefinger rest.

Step 3

Repeat the knotting process on the other three corners, essentially creating four 7-inch tails trailing off of the corners of the scarf. Make sure all the tails are even.

Step 4

Grab the ends of the tails in the top two corners of the scarf and draw them together. Knot them securely where they meet. Do the same with the tails in the bottom two corners. This creates the straps of the purse.

Step 5

Lift the purse up by the straps to examine how the tucks and folds fall. Fill the bag with personal items and check to make sure it can handle the weight.

Just remember to tie your knots tight, we don't want any Janet Jacksons or things falling outta your purse that people shouldn't have to see, and enjoy creating! Here's a couple great re-creation pictures I just found.....

Geeze guys its been a while, the christmas holiday has been super busy, but boy was it great to get all those days off! I thought that my first post of the new year should be what I've been spending all my christmas money on. Whiten your strawberrys!

HUH? Yeah I know it sounds silly, but I just found this great way to whiten you teeth naturally!!!!! I knew I had to share it with you!!!

Here's a quick pic of the strawberrys I grew this summer on my deck...

The secret to this inexpensive home whitening method is malic acid, which acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. Combined with baking soda, strawberries become a natural tooth-cleanser, buffing away stains from coffee, red wine, and dark sodas. While it’s no replacement for a bleaching treatment at your dentist’s office, “this is a fast, cheap way to brighten your smile,” says Adina Carrel, DMD, a dentist in private practice at Manhattan Dental Arts in New York. “Be careful not to use this too often, though, as the acid could damage the enamel on your teeth.”

You need:

1 ripe strawberry

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions: Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) Carrel says you can apply once a week.

Drool worthy Etsy Bedroom and Looks of the week!

So I have been in a design rut for a while now, I started painting my guest bathroom, and just cant figure out how to make my walls look "Pearl" so I gave up :( Poor bathroom looks horrible...half finished and sooo boring, but I'm just stuck, so I moved on. Yesterday I decided that I was going to re-do my crafting area, and I can happily say that It looks 100% better, which makes me feel better about my DIY designing!! So much better that I want to start designing a new bedroom, So far the bedroom is very plain, exactly the same as the day we moved in, with the exception of a new duvet and some new sheets haha. I have no idea where to start, but I found this on Etsy and I fell in love♥♥♥♥

Oh Gee! I can only dream though considering its made in Finland and only cost $9600!! Could you imagine the shipping to Canada on that! No thank you....but if your interested in it her Etsy shop is Attiladesign.

I think if I ask my mommy she might be able to come up with something similar.....(crosses finger) and It should be at a fraction of the price! She is my DIY inspiration, she can do basically anything that comes to her mind....from grout to paint to construction! I'm thinking that I would like it to be connected from tree to tree somehow I can see my cat loving this bed and If I could make it "Climbable" (is that a word) WOW Dude would be in heaven!

Miss Betty Mae's wedding!

A friend of mine just got engaged a few months back, she has requested me to make her a feather hair piece & veil. She has decided that she wants turquoise, white, and brown for the colors, so I'm going to start with this great feather pad...then add some russian Veil (with added rhinestons) to swoop in front of the top 1/4 of her face.

then I got these in....sparkling white and matte light blue

then I was thinking of what to use as a focal point...some kind of vintage button or brooch...

and of course more feathers!!

Halloween Costume & EOTD

So I hope you all had a great halloween, I sure did! Mostly because I got to spend copious amounts of time on my makeup!! I had a great idea of what I was going to be a week before halloween, so I went down to the local thrift store and found the tackiest suit I could, and ended up finding this great little boys red tie, and the perfect shoes! I was set and my costume ended up being under $10.00! I made the little hat out of a plastic cup and some craft Foam sheets. I think I got the most compliments on that little hat, pretty good for home made! I have a few close up's, and my mom got a full shot, but its a little blurry.:(

Those Eyelashes were horrible!! They looked amazing but OMG were they heavy I felt like I had tunnel vision the entire night! Here's the blurry full picture too! The little tie worked perfect!

My Eye's are pretty dark today, I basically used all the colors that I used for my costume, since they were still on top the bathroom counter. I have never contoured my face before, so that was fun to learn, but anyhoo..here's my Eye's

White Out-inner corner & highlight

Tart (foiled)-lid and middle of lower lash line

Smut-blended out Tart and added to outer V

My skin looks amazing today...and I dont know why It was freezing outside and I walked to work and took my pictures right after I warmed up a bit...usually my cheeks are super blochy, pretty amazing for no product!

Oh and I changed my plugs today........Bloodwood and Pearl OH MY!!!

Now I no longer have a favorite, the bling ones may be on the sidelines for a while, because these pearls just sparkle!!

Ps: I think I dyed my eyebrows from my costume, So any of you out there who want a free eyebrow dye, just fill in your brows with black gel liner, and I swear my hair grabbed some of the black pigments...but I kinda like it! hahaha

Wowza! This is a big one!

So First I wanted to share with you 4 hours of bleaching/dying/deep conditioning/cutting of my business partners hair, She has wanted to go RED for a while now, but you all know the process of 2-3 dyes before its what you actually wanted, So...we finally finished and she got exactly what she's dreamed! So I wanted to share with you my handy work!

Isn't It pretty! She's got so much freaking hair that it almost looks too perfect....like a great red wig! She decided to be a vampire for Halloween so we gave her the deep V bangs......I love it! Some more great news is Darcel is going to start blogging with me! So you will get to see both sides of our lives and makeup skills! She's a master blender and can make your skin look like porcelain so its a nice change from my super bold looks!

Now talking of bold looks here's a few from the week!

Black Attack!

So I have been in a slight makeup routine lately, I have been using Brights all the time, and I decided that its time to venture into a new colors. So the color of choice to match this falls makeup trends is BLACK!

So I started with the bumble bee, yellow and black, then I did purple and black, then Saturday was blue and black with a little sparkle, and today I did green and black with polka dots! I think I am mastering this color alot faster then I would have thought! I guess my biggest tip for applying black, is I use it First! I will smoke out the outer corner of my eyes with a matte black and then add the color of choice on top! So here's my look of today, and Saturday,

This is todays, I used Kiwi Lime, Black Out, and Vexed as a highlight, then added liquid liner spots just above my regular liquid liner wing.

Then this is my saturday look, I wanted to add a little glam, So I added these blue stick on rhinestones, I got them from the local dollorstore, they are soo perfect, and pre-sticky, so no worry about globs of eyelash glue!!!

I started with the Black Out on the outer corners, then added Blue Raspberry to the lid, and blended it into Black Out, then I wanted something different for the lower lash line, So I Paired Lemon Lime, and Peacock Purple, It was totally different, but worked so well together! Then blended the lines with Vexed.

What do you guys think?

Also my hair is fading soo fast :( its sad, but I think I need more yellow! So re-dye coming up in a week, where do you think the new yellow should go?

Bee's go Buzz!

No not in a store! Who does that anymore? hahaha I went with the future of shopping, and did it all online....So what did I buy you ask? Well we have had the first full snowfall here in D.V. and youd think that after living her my whole life, I'd get used to that mushy wet stuff, but I HATE IT! So I decided to bring a little sunshine and happiness into this day with my Rainbow makeup!

Sparkle Hearts Bows

Bartending for a 50's Party

If you couldn't tell from the title....thats my plans for this evening! My mom and I are going to be bartending for a 50's inspired charity function. So of course I had to dress up hahaha! This look in total from hair to makeup took me 2hours, I have never tried the curly poof bangs before, so that was about half a hour of trial and error untill I got it half decent and knew if I kept playing I would ruin it so I stoped haha!

So here's my 50's face, minus red lips(i thought it was a bit much for work) Oh but I will be adding them!!!

Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy!

Todays post will be all about Syd's moms Necklace.

She contacted me on facebook and wanted a elephant necklace, so I went etsy shopping for a elephant charm and sent the pictures her way and this was the one she picked.

I came up with the idea of a super long dangly chain with a cluster on the bottom. Now I know Joy loves green, so I started there and found this great antique chain with jade beading. Then the green feather......this is the part i'm unsure of? Personally I love it, but I need to know if a 30 something lady would love it. I seperated the bottom of the feather with super glue then added some jade sparkles, then added some green pearls and sparkly crystals.

This picture I took just to show off the length, It's real long.......and the green beading only goes half way up. When I bought the Elephant the lady told me that the trunk is up to catch all the good luck, so I thought I would add a cute little green flower bundle around the trunk for a extra catch.

I wanted to add the feather because the back of the elephant is plain white, So I thought if it happened to flip over to that side that the bright green feather would distract and catch the eye. All in all the necklace only costs $20.00!

I know I had a good day when my creative juices are a flowing.........So I ended up making a pair of Peacock Feather earrings, no one has called them yet, so they are up for grabs to the first person with $30.00

Now I must say that no 2 peacock feathers are ever the same, So I did my best to match them as close as possible, but there will be slight variations, Oh and that these feathers came from a few very fat and happy peacocks who molted there summer coat, so no bird was harmed in the making of this beauty. Also I hand cut, wrap and match every feather used, this pair alone took me over 2 hours to make........

Peacock Feather LOVE

OMG If I could ever have a affair with an inanimate object I would defiantly choose a peacock feather ha ha! They are just so beautiful that anything with one just looks a million times prettier! So I had this deep bloody red feather pad, So I played up the colors, added some red feather fluff, and a beautiful peacock feather, then found this great rose charm and added a little red dangler and my creation was complete! Well almost ha ha I only have to attach a headband, or hair clip, but that's up to you....................

Yesterday I thought I should check the mail box, and to my surprise Tara's Octopus charms had arrived way earlier then I thought! So of course I could not wait to sit at the ol' craft table and get to work, she requested Purple and Black earrings with octopus charms, I found her a couple different one's off Etsy to choose from and these were the winners, she couldn't pass up the rhinestones! Then after a couple hours of scheming and playing with idea's these beauty's were created! The total for these earrings were only $20.00 and I'm shipping them to her today! I'm so excited to hear what she thinks!
If anyone else has a earring request just let me know and I will whip em up for ya! Prices range from $15-$25 depending on the charm price.

Green Day and Royalty

So I'm going to start todays post off with my LOTD I have never got the chance to use Royalty yet, but man do I ever know now what I was missing! Its the exact color you would think of when Royalty comes to mind, its a reddish purple with deep burgandy accents! (LOVE~IT) I then added a splash of Coralishious on the inner corner and under lower lash. I was in such a rush this morning that I didn't have enough time to finish my makeup, just added the shadows at home and finished the liner and mascara at work! BUT....I was in such a mad rush I forgot my liquid liner and mascara at home!!! So I had to stop at the store on my walk up to work, and of course they dont have the brand I use so I thought It would be a good time to try something a little different, So my reviews of the new products are below...>

The Mascara was Revlon's new Double Twist, were the applicator is half plastic and half brush, and Its supposed to be the best of both worlds....... I was actually surprised how well it worked! It took a little while to get the right swipe/swirl motion, but I am really happy with the outcome. The brush part was super stiff, but It helped to separate the lashes, and the plastic pegs worked well for coating your lashes, So Its a Double thumbs up!

Unfortunately not the same outcome for Revlon's colorstay liquid liner, this took me a good 20 Min's just to make my liner look half as good as my loreal liquid liner. I found the container too tiny and very awkward to handle, and the brush is the DUMPS.......I'm not sure how you Lady's use this but I will never again! The only plus is it works better on the waterline then others I tried.

Below is my look of Saturday! I had a full hour and a half for makeup this morning so I really took my time! I used Leprechaun on the lower lash, and inner crease. Then added Under the Sea to the entire lid(wet) and added a little OZ to deepen the green and add a little more green!

Compare the two liners! This is so smooth and amazing, and the other is SO shakey and spolochy.

I noticed I have been making up alot of new words lately haha Splochy??

So I thought I would share my super easy go to look....If I'm ever in a rush or just cant make up my mind I will always go for a look like this or very similar.

Colors used were:
Cool White gel liner as a base
White Out on entire lid
Rust on crease line and above
Bruised in crease & blend with Rust
Then finish it off with Kiwi Lime on lower lash and water line.
Oh and Iris Illusion as a highlight

Then I thought I should share my next creation. .....
I got a request for a elephant necklace, so these are the items on order, I'm not sure which I will actually use, but Its going to be a very long piece.. Made with antique chain, and then finished off with the jade beaded chain near the bottom, then a hanging elephant cluster, I loved the little green flower and leaves, but now I'm worried it will be too much green, so I bought some golden pearls too....let me know what combination you think will turn out the best!

FEATHERS!!!!!

So I have a new love for Feathers! I started with these elephant charms and made my momma some earrings...

If anyone would like their own set of feather earrings, let me know what kind of charm you would like and the color of feathers that tickle you fancy. Depending on charm price, they will sell for $10-$20 (canadian). I'm working on a pair of purple and black one's with Rhinestone Octopus charms....tooo cute!

Then when I was finished the earings, I moved onto headbands!! I just love the way these turned out! I'm also excited for these peacock feathers that I ordered, headbands and earrings will be a little more money if peacock feathers are used but well worth it. I also have a purple and pink one at home, I will get pictures up tomorrow! Here are the one's I finished. I'm selling them for $15.00 (canadian).

*I better add that the peacock feathers used are from a couple very happy, fat peacocks that are farm raised and very loved, the feathers are only avalible after they molt their summer coats.
